Shipping and Returns
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The average processing time to ship an order is 2-3 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. But we do our best to get orders out the door as fast as possible!
PACKAGE ARRIVAL TIME
For most countries, packages should arrive within 7-14 days of placing the order. All packages are shipped out of San Francisco, CA.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & CLEARANCE
For USA Customers:
There are no additional charges beyond what you pay at checkout. Your total includes U.S. state tax (where applicable), tariffs, and handling fees, so you won’t pay anything extra when your package arrives.
For EU and UK Customers:
We collect VAT at checkout, which means your package will arrive with no additional fees or surprises.
For Customers in Other Countries:
Depending on local import regulations, VAT, customs duties, or other taxes may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are beyond our control.
Customs:
Country specific clearance procedures may sometimes cause delivery delays beyond our estimated timeframe. Toy Boogers is not responsible for any packages held, destroyed, or returned by customs or government agencies. If your package is returned to us due to such issues, we may apply a return shipping fee before resending or refunding your order.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND DAMAGES
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it enters the shipping process immediately. This means there’s only a short window of time where changes or cancellations might be possible.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible at doug@toyboogers.com with the subject line “Cancellation”, and include your full name and order number. We’ll do our best to help! If it has already been shipped, you will need to go through the refund process. Please pick your boogers wisely!
RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you don’t like what you’ve ordered, we do accept returns within 30 days from when you receive your package. You are responsible for returning the items and the return shipping costs. We are unable to refund the original shipping charges or processing fees, but do provide a full refund for the cost of the products returned. These must be shipped back to us with your full name and your order number.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the package, or any other issue caused by customer error or negligence, a reshipping fee may be charged before resending or refunding your order.
We only accept returns on products purchased directly through our website.
REFUNDS
Once you return your item, you can expect your refund within 4 weeks, although it often happens much faster. This includes: 5-10 business days for the returned items to reach us, 3-5 business days for us to process it, and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item, you would have to return it and then make a new purchase. Pick your boogers wisely!
DAMAGED GOODS
If your order was damaged, we will make it right! Please email doug@toyboogers.com with the details of what happened, your full name, your order number, and a photo of the damaged items and we’ll be sure to take care of you!
